Return & Exchange Policy:

We're sorry you are not satisfied with your product(s).

Bhair elements accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of the date the order was placed.

All products must be returned in their original state (unworn, unwashed, unused) and in its original packaging. Please email us at hello@bhairelements.com with your order number in both the email and subject line followed by a brief message.

Returns are subject to a $5 stocking and shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Please advise that Bhair elements reserves the right to turn away any products that do not meet the above specifications. Items marked Final sale are non refundable.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and post to your original method of payment.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Once a label is created, you will be notified via email withyour tracking number. Your order will be delivered 5-7 business days after the label is created. Orders are not processed weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Bhair elements, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Bhair elements, LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
